What is CONNECTORA ?

CONNECTORA is a social networking platform in the educational domain, currently focused on NEET-related guidance. It connects NEET aspirants and others with verified MBBS students who provide real-time guidance and solutions to field-related queries — excluding subject-wise syllabus questions.

How does CONNECTORA work?

Users can ask their medical field-related queries using a search bar on the home page. After entering the query, they choose the mode of response: Chat, Audio Call, or Video Call. Once submitted, the query request is sent to suitable mentors and remains valid for 10 minutes. Mentors can accept and connect either immediately or later, depending on availability.

Who can use CONNECTORA?

NEET aspirants: Anyone with medical field-related queries

(Mentors will not answer Physics, Chemistry, or Biology syllabus questions. The focus is on practical, real-world, or career-oriented guidance.)

Who are the mentors on CONNECTORA ?

Mentors are verified medical students from course like MBBS. They are selected based on their credentials, communication skills, and college background. Each mentor’s profile shows their name, gender, qualification, college, languages, rating, per-minute charges, and usual response time.

What happens after I post a query?

Once a user submits a query and selects a communication mode, the request is sent to relevant mentors. Those mentors have 10 minutes to accept. If multiple mentors accept, the user gets a notification with their availability and can choose whom to connect with.

Can I switch between communication modes during a session?

Yes! If a user starts with chat, they’ll have the option during the session to switch to audio or video call for better clarity and deeper interaction.

What is the Community Q&A feature?

It’s an open platform similar to Quora where users can post questions and receive answers from mentors. The most active and responsive mentors gain better ratings and visibility. Every reply includes options to instantly connect with that mentor via chat, audio, or video call.

How are mentors rated?

Mentors’ initial ratings are assigned by CONNECTORA , based on qualifications and background. Over time, users can rate mentors after sessions. These ratings impact visibility, trust, and mentor earnings.

What are the charges to use CONNECTORA ?

CONNECTORA operates on a per-minute payment model. Charges depend on the mentor’s profile and qualifications. Rates are visible before connecting, starting as low as ₹2/minute.

What if no mentor accepts my request?

If no mentor accepts the query within 10 minutes, the request expires. You can repost the query or try a different mode or time. Our system ensures only available and suitable mentors are notified to avoid delays.
